Client and Resident FAQ’s

The safety of our associates and residents is our number one priority.  There are some days that services may be suspended due to severe weather including but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, and flooded roads.  

Vivid Valet gives our team time off to enjoy the holidays with their loved ones!

Typically, there is no Vivid Valet doorstep collection on no service holidays.

Our standard no Service Holidays are:

  • Easter Sunday

  • Memorial Day

  • Fourth of July

  • Labor Day

  • Halloween

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day

We encourage you to use our doorstep collection service regularly. For the safety of all residents, we recommend that you only fill your container with the trash that fits. Please note oversized items (e.g. furniture, appliances, large non-flattened boxes, etc.) will not be collected.
